Hello, all. I have been wanting to post for some time. Last weekend I traveled to New York for a little reunion of sorts with my former soccer team at EC. I stayed with Amy, my maid-of-honor at my wedding, who lives about an hour away. My parents also came up for the weekend. It was great to see old friends and, of course, my parents. We watched the current team play and it made me a little nostalgic for my college days. Xavier had a great time playing with his grandparents and seeing new places. On Monday, Amy and I took him to a farm where they had a petting zoo, a little train for kids to ride on, and other fall activities. Xavier had a ball. He loved riding the train (with momma) and he really like the pig best of all the animals there. We also took him on a big hay wagon ride. He liked the pumpkins and was trying to pick up ever bigger ones. He did awesome on the car ride both ways. He is such a great traveler.

Even though we were gone for only 4 days, it was good to be back home. Peter is doing well, but busy with school. There is a conference going on this week, so we haven't had a lot of time to spend with one another. But, life is good and we are enjoying fall now that it is finally here.
